Cristian Andrei - Chair, Project Manager
Cristian Andrei is a political consultant and also political marketing researcher. He is founder and the president of the Romanian Political Marketing Association. He worked as a senior consultant for Mathesis Foundation and Insomar - Institute for Marketing and Opinion Research, in local and nationwide political campaigns and research projects. He has also worked for the Romanian Government on civil society matters and founded and developed a political science students and alumni organization, Civitas99. His background is mostly political science and his research interests are the mass-media impact on voting behaviour, electoral systems and political strategy building.
Gabriel Sebe - Chair, Deputy Project Manager 
Gabriel Sebe is a professor of political science at the University of Bucharest on topics regarding mathematic modelling in social sciences, with a PhD in Sociology and a large background in mathematics – also a PhD in progress. Courses held by him are: Courses held: “Social networks, parties, societies”, “Measuring and modelling democracy”, “Formal models for the study of International Relations”, “Mathematical bases for Political Science”, “Political Marketing and management”, “Competitive intelligence”, “Electoral systems and processes”. He is also as a political strategist and business consultant. He was the director of Insomar - Institute for Marketing and Opinion Research and the Mathesis Foundation President. He was involved in study grants on mathematical models in France and as a researcher at the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy and the Institute for Life Quality of the Romanian Academy.
Andrei Pop - Project Assistant
He obtained his BA in Political Science from The Political Science Faculty of the Bucharest University in 2004, with the thesis “The Urban-Rural Cleavage as a Determinant of Electoral Behavior in Romania and Hungary”. Since 2006, he holds an MA in Romanian Politics obtained at the same institution, with the dissertation “Democratic Values in the Postcommunist Romanian Social Space”. During the last three years, he has published articles and book reviews in VolumeleCivitas99Alumni, Sfera Politicii and in the volume “New Words for Europe” edited by the Ithaca Foundation. He has conducted research in the fields of postmaterialism, public participation and democratic behaviors.

Cristina Stanculescu - Project Assistant
Cristina Stanculescu is a student at the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Bucharest; French section, 4th year, Her areas of interest involve comparative politics, electoral systems, and political activism. He took scholarship at the Universite Libre de Bruxelles for the academic year 2005/2006, working on political parties topics.
Iri na Bota - Communication Coordinator
Current academic interests: political participation, participatory democracy, social research methods. Own field research conducted on: political culture, political participation, expert opinion versus public opinion. Current status: Faculty of Political Science, University of Bucharest, Junior Year (3rd) She was in 2006 a collaborator (project-based), Synovate Romania, a market research company. Between 2005 and 2006 she worked as an assistant to the Cabinet Director, General Secretariat of the Government, Romanian Government. Since 2005 she is the President of Civitas '99 Association of Students and Graduates in Political Science. Since 2006 sh is working as a collaborator of the Competence Centre for South-Eastern Europe, Karl-Franzens University Graz She has been involved in leadership trainings and formal debates competitions.
