Important Dates for Registration

Abstract and applications acceptance notification: January 20, 2007
Early registration: February 10, 2007
Regular registration: March 10, 2007
Conference period: April 17-21, 2007

For the people accepted to participate in the event there is an opportunity to pay the Conference fee between January 20 and February 10, in order to get a 10% discount from the price. (The early registration)

The selected applicants are invited to first make a final confirmation of their interest to participate, even if they plan to delay the payment until the last moment.

Prices for participants only in the Conference

Timeline: 3 days of Conference
Services: Coffee Breaks, Light Lunches, Dinners, Socializing, Excursions, Conference kit
Accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the participant.

Regular participant (including PhD students): 320 Euros.
Student participant: 200 Euros.
Public, familiy: 150 Euros.

Prices for participants only in the Doctoral Colloquium

Timeline: 2 days of Colloquium
Services: Coffee Breaks, Light Lunches, Dinners, Socializing, Excursions, Conference kit, 2 nights Accommodation.

Participant: 220 Euros.
Public, family: 220 Euros.


Prices for participants both in the Conference and Doctoral Colloquium

Timeline: 3 days of Conference + 2 days of Colloquium
Services: Coffee Breaks, Light Lunches, Dinners, Socializing, Excursions, Conference kit, 4 nights Accommodation.

Participant: 580 Euros.
Public, family: 450 Euros.
